My building needs a certificate of insurance. Can you send one?
Yes, and we send it before the date is set rather than on the morning of the visit. Tell us the management company in the form and the paperwork goes out first.
Do you have to pull the PTAC out of the wall?
No. The chassis stays in its sleeve — the unit is cleaned in place at $399 flat. Nothing comes out of the wall and nothing gets carried through the lobby.
Can you clean a fan coil above the ceiling?
Yes. The coil and blower are cleaned through the existing access panel. If a unit has no panel we tell you before the visit rather than after opening the ceiling.
Is Manhattan more expensive than the outer boroughs?
No. The flat prices on the pricing page are the same in all five boroughs, and there is no travel or parking surcharge here — that cost is ours, not yours.
