The three questions everyone asks about a published price list.
Is the price really flat? No trip fee, no “diagnostic”?
Flat means flat: travel, parking, setup, cleaning materials and the temperature reading are all inside the number. The only thing that changes a price is you adding units or services — and each of those has its own printed number.
Why are you cheaper than a repair visit?
Because cleaning is repeatable, schedulable work — no parts, no refrigerant, no permits. We built the business on volume and honesty instead of on one-off emergency margins.
What if the crew finds something actually broken?
You get the before/after reading and a plain explanation — then it’s your call, with no pressure, because we don’t sell repairs. Most customers take the reading to a repair shop and skip that shop’s diagnostic fee.
