Book a visit
Tell us where you are and what’s on the wall. A real person calls back the same business day, confirms the flat price from the list, and books a two-hour window that we keep.
Book a visit
Where you are, how to reach you, and what’s on the wall. The call back confirms the flat price and books a two-hour window.
What happens after you send it
No drip sequence, no dispatcher. Three steps and there’s a crew at your door.
Same business day
A real person calls back, confirms the flat price from the list, and answers anything.
A two-hour window
You pick a day; we give you a two-hour arrival window that we actually keep.
The visit, with proof
Protected work, before/after photos, and a written temperature reading on the invoice.
Before you write
The questions we get asked most at this stage.
How fast can you come?
Brooklyn: usually within two days. The rest of the city: within the week, on scheduled routes. First heat wave of the season is the exception everywhere — book before it, not during.
Do I need to know what kind of unit I have?
No. Write "the thing on the wall" and attach nothing — the call back sorts it out in two minutes. If you can snap a photo when we text you back, even better.
Is the price on the site really what I’ll pay?
Yes. That is the entire point of publishing it. The call confirms which service fits; the number comes off the list; the crew invoices that number.
Do you do repairs?
No — deliberately. We clean, measure, install window units and maintain. If the numbers say something is genuinely broken, you’ll have the reading in writing and no sales pitch attached to it.
Prefer to talk first?
The phone rings the crew, not a queue. Ask anything — including “is this even worth cleaning?” We answer that one honestly.
