Your AC isn’t broken. It’s dirty.
Deep cleaning, filters, seasonal checkups and window-unit installs across New York. Flat prices published on the site, and a temperature reading before and after that proves the visit worked.

Clean first. Repair last.
Most "AC not cooling" calls end at a dirty coil and a clogged filter. So we do the honest thing in the honest order: wash the unit, measure the temperature drop, and only talk repairs if the numbers still say something is wrong.
How a visit worksSupply and return temperature, written down before and after. You see the difference in degrees, not adjectives.
Flat, per unit, published. Nobody "diagnoses" a surprise onto your invoice at the door.
We don’t sell repairs, so we have no reason to find one. If the numbers are fine after cleaning, the visit is over.
The unit is sealed in a wash bag that drains to a bucket, floor covered, electronics masked. The dirt leaves in the water.
Seven service lines, one honest order of operations
The $350 visit that cancels the $1,500 repair
Coils packed with dust can’t move heat, so the system runs longer, cools less and eventually trips a "repair". Washing the unit restores what the machine could always do — and the temperature reading proves it on the spot.
A washed coil and blower move more air with less strain — you hear it immediately.
The dust, film and mold in the unit is what you were breathing. Now it isn’t there.
Lower energy use every month, and fewer "mystery" repair calls every summer.
You already know the price. That’s the point.
Every service has a flat per-unit price, published on this site. The call back confirms it, the crew charges it. No trip fees, no "diagnostic" that turns into an estimate, no negotiating at the door.
What the numbers look like after a visit

$1,400 not spent
Sheepshead Bay homeowner quoted a compressor repair. Cleaning and a ΔT check showed the unit was fine — it was just filthy.
A Brooklyn crew that cleans what others quote
HVASKY does light HVAC the way it should be done: maintenance first, honest measurements, flat prices. No franchise, no call center, no commission-paid "technician advisors" — the person who answers is the person who shows up.
When did you last look inside your AC?
Four fields, a same-business-day call back, a two-hour window, a flat price you already saw. That’s the whole process.
