What does “scheduled routes” actually mean for me?

Do you charge extra to come out to the Bronx?

Can you do a whole building in one go?
Yes — that is what a scheduled day is best at. A full line of PTACs or window units is cleaned or installed floor by floor in one visit, on one invoice.
Do you install the window unit, or do I buy it?
You buy the unit, we install it: bracket, seal and a safe fit, $399 flat. Buying it yourself is cheaper than any markup we could add on top.
